The Chargers have an especially favorable match-up and they will be playing with a chip on their shoulder after a disappointing loss in Denver.   The Giants should also be able to put up a bunch of points this week against one of the worst teams in the league.

Week 2 of the NFL was very eventful, here are the players that will push your Fantasy football team over the top this week in all your fantasy leagues.  For your fantasy football team this Sunday this is who we would start. Hopefully week 3 will be as crazy and dominating for your fantasy football team!

Philip Rivers, QB, San Diego Chargers,The last two games Rivers has been on fire and he should continue his solid play against the Jets and their week defense.  The fact that L.T. is injured means that Chargers should be throwing the ball more and running the ball less.  Rivers should easily throw for 200 plus yards and a couple of touchdowns.

Brandon Jacobs, RB, New York Giants,

Jacobs, who has had a solid start this season, will get many opportunities to pound the ball against the Bengals porous defense.  The Giants defense should be able to control the game by generating turnovers, which will put the ball back in the hands of their Offense.  Jacobs should get the bulk of carries and should find his way into the end zone at least once.

Randy Moss, WR, New England Patriots,

Although Brady is no longer playing, Cassel should be able to throw the ball against a Miami secondary that was destroyed by the Arizona Cardinals.  Moss won’t have a crazy stat line but should put up some solid numbers in a game that the Patriots will win.  The Dolphins gave up almost 400 yards in the air to the Arizona Cardinals.

Antonio Gates, TE, San Diego Chargers,

Gates has had a relatively slow start to the season by his standards, however this could be the week where he shows the league why he is one of the best at his position.  He should be able to find the end zone and could have his first 100 yard game of the season.

Make sure to check back next week with tips of who you should start for week 4 of fantasy football.
