At USC they are getting paid twice. They get a scholarship to go to the school, and they also get cash and other goodies for the same. Just ask Reggie Bush. He has time now since he turned out to be second rate hack at the RB position, and his season is over

They get up to $150,000 in some cases which goes directly to tuition, books, residence, food.

They used to be able to be paid $250/mo for laundry, etc. The NCAA banned it in 1952. $250/mo for laundry, etc. in 1952? That's was lot of dirty underwear.

No, because players who go to schools like USC, Florida, LSU and Ohio State could pay their players 6 figure salaries while players who go to schools like Morehouse, Yale, Grand Valley State and Valdosta State could only get paid 3 or 4 figure salaries.

No way. You have to keep the integrity of the college game. Thats what scholarships are for. I wish college basketball could do the same but that will never happen.
