I was a little confused to but if you read the Indy News it also states

"It ended up being a critical three pointer for the Trojans, who won the game 26 to 23."

This looks like the end of the first quarter or first half and not the end of the game. Nobody goes crazy after the shot goes in. Also, the team in the white is shooting at the goal in front of the blue team's bench. Usually that's done in the first half of high school basketball games. You face your bench in the 2nd half. And wasn't the score 26 to 23?
