The Windsor Spitfires Are The OHL’s Best Dance Crew
Total Pro Sports- The Windsor Spitfires are one of the best junior hockey teams in Canada this season and now the secret to their success is out, aerobic workouts.
Apparently, goalie Andrew Engelage and forward Dale Mitchell enjoy a little choreographed dancing in their daily workouts. If it works for them maybe other teams should try it.
“The number one team in Canada working out!!!!”
Dale Mitchell, who is furthest from the camera, was just named Spitfires player of the week. The 19 year old forward was a key contributor the Spitfires series sweep against the Owen Sound Attack. He is a draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs and is one hell of a dancer.
The humping and sprinkler dance moves are absolutely hilarious, take a look.
