Carey Price Makes An Amazing Save Against The Pens
Total Pro Sports - Even though the Montreal Canadiens lost last night to the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-1, thankfully for Habs fans, they still made it to the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
It will be the 32nd playoff series between the Canadiens and the Bruins. Boston was the No. 8 seed last season when the Bruins were eliminated in seven games by Montreal.
The highlight of the game was the save made by Canadiens goaltender Carey Price:
Price had the sold-out crowd chanting, "Carey! Carey!" late in the second period after he lunged to his left to make a spectacular glove save on Matt Cooke's shot after the Penguins forward received a pass from Talbot on a 2-on-1 break.
It seems Price, who has had an inconsistent season in 2009 has rebounded nicely after his slump, going 5-3-4 since March 8th..
A definite nominee for save of the year, take a look and enjoy.
