Pens Fan KO’s Caps Fan, Team Hopes To Do The Same Tonight
Total Pro Sports – If the Pens are looking for an inspirational video to help them bounce back from a 2-0 deficit in their series with the Washington Capitals, a couple of fans may have provided just that following game 2.
After exiting the arena and stumbling onto the streets, a drunken Caps fan sporting an old-school jersey decided to taunt some Pens fans who had just witnessed Sidney Crosby’s hat-trick get outdone by Alex Ovechkin’s in a 4-3 loss. The Caps fan quickly learned that he had made a bad decision, getting one-punched by the Pens supporter who wasn’t in the mood.
Pittsburgh fans seem to still have some fight in them and they can only hope that the same is true of the players. In what has been a close series decided by a single play in both games, some more grit will be needed if the Pens expect to slow down a streaking Ovechkin. They will also need more production from league leading scorer Evgeni Malkin, else they will be the next ones to get KO’d.
Here’s the clip. Short and sweet. (Busted Coverage)
