It really DOES inhibit your play, and it gets more and more painful to remain active as the years go by (I am 50). I am still a D and have a shape, but I can run again after having years of neck and back pain. So, she doesn't have to lose her shape. Serena has to wear a full bra when she plays. She might need one later on in life as gravity takes hold, and it is more painful to do things. Just an alternate perspective to what seems like an overwhelming DON'T DO IT for this poor girl.
