In all seriousness, this may be the best rap I have listened to in a while.  It is amazing what the technology can do these days.  I could swear it seems as though the likes of Mike Gundy and Jim Mora are actually rhyming to the beat.

This was put together by DJ Steve Porter and is titled “Press Hop.”  It kicks off with some Allen Iverson, the main rapper throughout, and also includes apperances by Mora, Gundy, Terrell Owens, Dennis Green, and best of all, Joe Namath trying to kiss Suzy Kolber.  Classic!

This has the potential to be the next big beat blasting out of every kid’s stereo system.  It can be the main track on a sports rap CD which also includes Stephen Curry’s “Commons”, all or any of Shaq’s raps, and Lil’ Wayne’s song, “Kobe Bryant.” Heck, we can even include the freestyle rap performed by Kobe’s rape accuser.

(Green)     The Bears are who we thought they were.
That’s why we took the damn field.
You want to crown’em, then crown they ass, but the are who we thought they were.
But we let them off the hook.
(Iverson) what we talkin’ bout?
(Gundy)    Come after me, I’m a man, I’m 40.

Trust me.  It sounds a lot better with the background beats.  Check it out.
