The guy with the bad bowl hair cut (who's a celebrity in Japan--along with the rest of the people on the show) was saying "one strike! one strike" (as in, "he did it on one pitch!") and then later said "nice swing, nice swing!". Later, after the baseball was split, the cast of the show were looking at the baseball talking about how it's the first time they've ever seen the inside of the ball and how cool it was.
