Chad Ochocinco’s Lambeau Leap Comes With Expletive Hand Gesture
Fantasy Football: TPS Monday Afternoon Quarterback (Week 2)
Total Pro Sports – Week one of the 2009 NFL season provided plenty of thrilling finishes, leaving us to wonder what week two would provide. Although the last second heroics were somewhat lacking, such deficiencies were made up for in the number of big plays. With the likes of Chris Johnson, Frank Gore, Andre Johnson, Mario Manningham, Ray Lewis and Antwan Odom all making an appearance on highlight reels across the country, we couldn’t help but provide you with some glimpses of their excellence below.
But first, here is a brief look back at the weekend that was in our week two edition of the TSP Monday Afternoon Quarterback.
Carolina 20 at Atlanta 28 – The burner was back and proved he doesn’t care for the curse of 370.
Minnesota 27 at Detroit 13 – For the first half it seemed as though the Lions may win, until reality kicked in.
Cincinnati 31 at Green Bay 24 – Ochocinco got to make the Lambeau Leap and it looks as though the Bengals offense may be back.
Arizona 31 at Jacksonville 17 – Warner seems back in form and there was even a Matt Leinart sighting.
Oakland 13 at Kansas City 10 – It seemed as though we all knew how this would end, until the Raiders actually won.
New England 9 at New York Jets 16 – Goodbye to Brady’s 20-game regular season win streak.
New Orleans 48 at Philadelphia 22 – The air show continued as Brees now sits 41 away from Brady’s record.
Houston 34 at Tennessee 31 – If the Jets game didn’t prove how good the Jets defense is, this game did.
St. Louis 7 at Washington 9 – In a battle of anemic offenses, the Redskins proved to be the best of the worst.
Tampa Bay 20 at Buffalo 23 – Bills win, but it looked like they were in a charitable mood again for a while.
Seattle 10 at San Francisco 23 – Singletary seems to have the 49ers attention. Maybe all coaches should drop their pants during pep talks.
Pittsburgh 14 at Chicago 17 – The love hate affair continues for Cutler in Chicago. This week, love.
Cleveland 6 at Denver 27 – Sorry Cleveland, but when you QB gets outplayed by Kyle Orton, you know your team has issues.
Baltimore 31 at San Diego 26 – The Ravens defense gave up plenty of points again, but clamped down when they needed to.
New York Giants 33 at Dallas 31 – Giants spoil the party with some last second heroics.
