Cowboys Broncos FootballTotal Pro Sports – Going in to week four of the NFL season, seven teams found themselves with perfect 3-0 records while an equal number of teams were a disappointing 0-3.  Four of the seven squads sitting at 3-0 were able to continue their undefeated runs (with the Vikings looking to become number four tonight), while only Miami was successful in their bid to get in the win column.  Perhaps the most surprising developments were the continued success of the Denver Broncos and the continued failures of the Tennessee Titans.  Those were just two of the many stories surrounding yet another exciting Sunday of NFL football.

Here is a look back at what else transpired during this weekend’s games in this edition of the TSP Monday Afternoon

Quarterback.

Detroit 24 at Chicago 48 – It looks like this year’s version of the Lions will keep it close before blowing it after halftime.  an improvement from just sucking from the get-go.

Cincinnati 23 at Cleveland 20 – The Bengals were minutes away from recording a tie in back-to-back seasons.

Oakland 6 at Houston 29 – You may see Oakland’s offense on the backs of milk cartons this week.

Seattle 17 at Indianapolis 34 – Peyton Manning continues to terrorize opposing secondaries.

Tennessee 17 at Jacksonville 37 – The Jags have a quarterback in David Garrard, but the Titans may have to begin searching for one of their own.

New York Giants 27 at Kansas City 16 – Quietly, the Ginats have been taking down one crappy team at a time.

Baltimore 21 at New England 27 – Whether Brady is on or not, the Pats continue to find a way to win.

Tampa Bay 13 at Washington 16 – In the Skins beat the Bucs but no one cares, does it really happen?

Buffalo 10 at Miami 38Maybe the Bills should consider reacquainting Owens with Garcia

New York Jets 10 at New Orleans 24 – Leave it to the Saints defense to bring Sanchez back down to earth.

Dallas 10 at Denver 17 – Kyle Orton and the Denver Broncos are now 4-0.  It may not be long before pigs are flying.

St. Louis 0 at San Francisco 35 – And to think that the 49ers were one play away from a 4-0 record.

San Diego 28 at Pittsburgh 38 – Expect these two teams to continue to cause confusion throughout the season.
