just so the writer of this article knows…. the kids do this before the game. two kids teams go out and play a 3 minute game between periods. kid had a great goal and i wish him luck in taken advantage of his name blowing up and hope he continues work because he could have a future in hockey.

Gotta love the goalies reaction. He's like wtf (what the flip) was that. So unfair to have to deal with that on your first mini one-on-one.

Its a very good shot for a 9 year old. although i dont think its news worthy, but his stats are real good. i mean hes got a 3 year difference with the age of his teammates. If he keeps moving up in the game he'll be in the pros in no time, and im positive that scouts will be looking at him for this. Although just as a FYI, i play goalie, and the shot itself is not hard to stop, alls the goalie had to do is cover the blocker side of the net cause its impossible to shoot to his glove side. im assuming the goalie doesnt no that cause of his age.

To Alex, ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDING ME! How can you not give this 9 yr. old his props. You'd be hard pressed to see Alexander Ovechkin perform this move and he is damn good. Gretzky was the greatest I ever saw, hands down, but I must say this is one of if not the best moves I've seen albeit a one on one. I feel bad for the goalie who had to feel like crap afterwards. OLIVER WAHLSTROM (9yrs. old!), remember his name!

Good move, I'll give him that- strategic, I'll say. But only if this were a real game where there was competition on the ice would merit the description of suchh a play as "amazing."
