They're damn lucky that one of those kids wasn't seriously injured (spinal cord). You will never see that same drill at the high school, college or pro level because it's simply too dangerous. On top of that, the coaches should be teaching those boys to keep their heads up and hit with their shoulders first, followed by arms -- masks if necessary. To the punk motherfuckers making comments about the kid being a wuss, pussy, cry baby etc: that's just plain wrong and a dead giveaway that you never played football yourself and have no idea how painful that type of blow is. And to the macho Euro trash on this thread making comments about rugby: you have no zero experience in how devastating high-impact hits are in American football. A super hard, head-to-head hit feels like running as fast as you can into a brick wall, head first.
