If John Daly And Donald Trump Mated
Is This Kid The Next Reggie Bush?
New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush may not be living up to the high expectations he came into the NFL with, but he sure did have himself an outstanding NCAA career with the University of Southern California Trojans. Who can forget all of those highlight worthy runs he gave us, most notably the 50-yard scamper for a touchdown against Fresno State back in 2005.
If you thought it would be a long time before we saw a touchdown run like that, you were correct. It has been four years since he brought us all to our feet with his amazing cutback run that went from the left sideline all the way over to the right side of the field and into the end zone. Now we take you to some pop warner action for a remake of that same play by one unbelievably talented youngster.
There are not much details on where this run took place or who the players and teams involved were (we believe it was a game in Massachusetts between Milton and Mansfield), but that should not stop you from sitting back and enjoying this brilliant piece of football. Beginning from their own 20 yard line, Milton calls a simple run play, but it turns out to anything but simple for the opposing defense.
The running back uses his blockers to escape down the left side, but when that lane appears to be closing on him, rather than taking it out of bounds he cuts right and makes his way across the field, leaving the would-be tacklers in his footsteps as he goes 80 yards for the score.
All that was needed from the defense was one big hit to stop this play in its tracks. We know these little kids can deliver just that, but not this time as the running back had only one thing in mind. Get into the end zone and become the next YouTube hit. Needless to say, he did just that!
