It's more sad than creepy. Joe & his buff buddies are obviously like gods to him. He's just about the right age not to really know why he's even doing it. Just another reason why I love Joe Rogan. You think he is being an ass hole about the situation? Hardly. Being an ass hole would be threatening the kid with violence. Joe finds it funny and knows others would too. jwickstead if the kid wants to look at Joe’s dick and Joe doesn’t mind so be it. 1) staged

2) kid has serious mental issues

In the case of number 2; I'm sure that by now they're aware that the kid does have some issues that isn't just blatant violation of locker-room etiquette. So that's probably why they're just sort of laughing it off, because if this kid really doesn't have some kind of mental instability, and is just engaging in some totally unapologetically creepy-stalker behavior… well after the 2nd or 3rd time I'd be like: "Dude, wtf. Do you even work out here? Enough already." After the 4th time I don't think that I could resist hitting him.

It's got to be that this kid is mildly retarded and just happens to be gay as well.
