When it comes to Phillies fans at Citizens Bank Park, there appears to be a few unwritten rules: You are never too old to fight, too fast to be tasered, too busy for a lap dance, or too young to have a beer. It must have been another hot summer day, but at least this kid’s parents are finding a way to keep their child hydrated.
