I am not a parachuting expert, but apparently this guy got hung up during a UK military parachuting exercise are required the use of a HUPRA to safely release him.
One thing is for sure; it doesn’t take an expert to figure out that this is some scary sh*t. Could you imagine being stranded thousands of feet in the air while being dragged along by a plane traveling 150 mph? Perhaps the only thing scarier would be free-falling from that height, at that speed, without a parachute.
No need to fear though. This troop would be alright after a safe landing. Here is a video of the entire incident.
