Spectators And Marshals Narrowly Escape Out-Of-Control Race Car (Video)

As dangerous as auto racing can be for the drivers, at times it can be equally dangerous for the fans in attendance.  That was the case during Sunday’s Seat Leon SuperCup race at Britain’s Brands Hatch racetrack, after the car of Portuguese driver Francisco Carvalho spun out of control and flipped over the track-side barrier into an area occupied by spectators and track marshals.

Surprisingly, and thankfully, everyone was able to escape this scary incident without serious injury, including the driver.
