CFL’s David Stala Gives Us The Hacky Sack TD Celebration

by: JamieD On  Wednesday, August 4, 2010

You simply have to love the Canadian Football League.  If their 20-yard end zones and three downs don’t do it for you, then their creative touchdowns dances certainly will.  The league that has previously brought us the “I’m On A Boat” celebration and a tribute to Michael Jackson, has now given us the hacky sack celebration, courtesy of Hamilton Tiger-Cats’ receiver David Stala.

This touchdown put Hamilton up by a score of 14-7, but their fun was short-lived as the defending Grey Cup champion Saskatchewan Rough-Riders would go on to win the game by a score of 37-24.  Had a soccer game broken out between the two teams, the Tiger-Cats may have had a chance thanks to the sweet feet of Stala
