Kid Breaks Arm, Toughs It Out During On-Field Contest In Anaheim
Astros’ Foul Ball Couple Announce Break-Up On “Early Show”
On Monday we witnessed a rather hilarious incident at Minute Maid Park in Houston, when Bo Wyble dodged an oncoming foul ball that would end up hitting his girlfriend, Sara Saco-Vertiz. Over the next few days, the couple has managed to gain internet fame, make their way onto CBS’s “Early Show”, and break-up. Yes, that’s right! This suddenly popular couple has decided to part ways following their incident at the ballpark.
So was Bo’s cowardly act the reason for their split? Sara claims that it wasn’t, but how else could you explain this short lived relationship? Perhaps the couple has decided to use their fame to move on to bigger and better things. Or maybe this is just another one of your typical childhood three-day relationships. Whatever the case may be here, I can’t help but question their decision to announce the termination of their relationship on live morning television. Talk about awkward.
