Unless you are number seven on our list of “9 Douchebags You’ll find In Your Fantasy Football League“, you will likely wait until the later rounds to draft your kicker and defense.  After all, when it comes to fantasy football, these positions are a crap-shoot.  However, it is always good to know which defenses and kickers are expected to produce strong numbers, and which are more likely to produce little throughout the year.  Just don’t expect these positions to be as clear cut and consistent as the others.  That is why we recommend waiting until the later rounds to grab one.  And it is never a bad idea to use the waiver wire each week to play the best match-ups (more so with the defenses).

With that being said, here is how we rank all 32 defenses and kickers going into the 2010 NFL season.
