Check Out LeGarrette Blount’s Hurdle, 50-Yard Dash (Video)
When the Bucs’ LeGarrette Blount isn’t busy punching opponents, fans and teammates in the face, he can actually be quite the effective runner. That was evident during yesterday’s game, when the former Oregon Duck ran for an impressive 120 yards and two touchdowns.
It was a career day for Blount that was capped off by an outstanding 48-yard fourth quarter run that saw him hurdle over Cards’ safety Kerry Rhodes before chugging all the way down to the 50-yard line.
After a controversial college career, and being undrafted, Blount had to leap many hurdles to make it to this position. On Sunday, Rhodes was just another one of those hurdles.
