Kansas Fans Perform Flash Mob Dance At Men’s Basketball Game (Video)
The 16,300 Kansas Jayhawk fans in attendance during yesterday’s men’s basketball game against the Missouri Tigers were rocking the Allen Fieldhouse all night long. And while the “Rock Chalk, Jayhawk” chant could be heard echoing throughout the building for much of the game, it was what happened during a stoppage in play that really sent the crowd into a frenzy.
With just over seven minutes remaining in the first half, a few fans got up from their seats and began dancing to Nicki Minaj and Will.i.am’s “Check It Out.” Seconds later the number of dancers was up to about a dozen. Before you knew it, the entire section was rocking out to the beat during this well choreographed flash mob dance. Even Big Jay and Baby Jay got in on the fun.
Thanks to a 103 point effort and some great moves from the flash mob dance crew, the Jayhawks would not only win the game, but they would do so in style.
“I can’t believe it, It’s so amazing…Check it out, check it out, check it out, check it out…” Check it out below.
