Picture Of The Day: NBA All-Star Weekend, a.k.a. Black Thanksgiving?
So does this mean I spent my “Black Thanksgiving” watching Blake Griffin dunk over a Kia Optima and Kobe Bryant dominate the Eastern Conference in front of a sellout crowd at the Staples Center? No Turkey? No stuffing? No cranberry sauce and sweet potato pie? Am I the only one who was unaware of this holiday?
On a serious note, does this mean black people don’t celebrate real Thanksgiving, or white people don’t care about NBA All-Star Weekend? Why do I feel as though only CNN can get away with a headline like this?
