Holy Family University Coach Hits, Kicks Player During Practice (Video)
Most NBA teams will offer a hefty amount of cash to contestants that can nail a shot from half-court. At Kennesaw State, they do not have the same budget at their disposal, so their prize for such an accomplishment may be a little more cost efficient.
Something along the lines of free pizza for a year seems practical.
That was what Kennesaw State was offering Cody Collins if he could hit a half-court shot at halftime during their game last night, and the 11-year-old nailed it. Most older folks would be wise enough to realize that free pizza for a year isn’t much of a prize. Especially when you consider the fact that he will probably get sick of eating those delicious pies from Papa John’s after a few months.
But don’t tell that to Cody, who at the moment must feel like he has just won the jackpot. Free pizza for a year! What more could a kid ask for?
