Weight Training In Mother Russia Is Strange, To Say The Least (Video)
What was that saying again from the movie Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story? “If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball”?
Well I guess weightlifters in Russia have a similar motto: “If you can lift a human, you can lift a weight.”
This guy can clearly lift a human. In fact, he can easily lift two humans. So I guess that means he can lift a heck of a lot of weight. This technique may help explain Russia’s success in Olympic weightlifting. Perhaps the rest of the world should take notice.
