Soccer Player Sent Off For Tackling Streaker (Video)
Here is a story that will make you ask yourself, “What was he thinking?”
During a non-league soccer match in England, a player was sent off for tackling a streaker to the ground.
Teammates, members of the opposition and stewards were all pleased to see Dorchester Town player/manager Ashley Vickers wrestle a streaker wearing a wig and banana hammock to the ground. The referee, on the other hand, figured it was a play that was worthy of a red card for Vickers.
It is not as bad as getting a yellow card for dying, but here is a look at what may be the second worst call in soccer history.
