The Game: Edmonton Oilers @ Washington Capitals
The Reason: Despite having a line-up filled with skilled offensive players, the Caps continue to use sounds defensive hockey to win them games. In fact, the Caps have gone under the 5.5 goal total in their last five straight, and in 11 of their past 13. Look for them to shut down the Oilers, who are playing without several of their top scorers, as this should be another low-scoring win for Washington.
The Game: Dallas Mavericks @ New Orleans Hornets
The Reason: Few teams have been hotter than the Mavericks, who are 14-2 since the beginning of February, including a 10-1 record over that span. Tonight they take on a Hornets team that has struggled, going 4-6 in their last 10, and will be without the services of Chris Paul. Look for the Mavs to get the job done on the road once again.
