Pam Oliver Went Through A 3-Year Dry-Spell At ESPN
While several excerpts from the book “ESPN: Those Guys Have All The Fun” has made it seem as though just about everyone at the “Worldwide Leader in Sports” was “getting some,” that was clearly not the case for Pam Oliver during her time with the network.
During an interview with one of the authors of the book, Oliver had the following to say:
“I had gotten into that creepy area where you’re single and working nonstop around athletes on television. That’s a double whammy for some insecure men who I didn’t really want to be messing with anyway. It was definitely a long dry spell. I don’t think I even had a boyfriend when I was at ESPN. It was a 3-year-drought.”
Not only is this a shame for Pam, but it is also a shame for mankind. To think that such a sexy woman with a high sports IQ couldn’t find a suitable man to satisfy her is enough to bring a tear to my eye. Thankfully, Oliver is no longer with the network, which means she can now satisfy all of her womanly needs. And we couldn’t be happier for her.
