The Game: Colorado Rockies @ Los Angeles Dodgers
The Reason: The Dodgers have gone over the total in 8 of their last 11, while the Rockies have gone over in 4 of their last 5. Eight of the last 10 games between these two teams have gone over the total, including each of the last five in Los Angeles. With the total set at 7 tonight and both starting pitchers posting ERAs well over 4.00 (Jimenez at 5.86 and Garland at 4.31), look for this game to go over.
The Game: Milwaukee Brewers @ Cincinnati Reds
The Reason: The Brewers have won nine of their last 11 games, while the Reds have won only three of their past 14. Milwaukee will send Shaun Marcum to the mound. He is 6-2 on the season with an ERA of 2.80. As for the Reds, they will go with Mike Leake, who is currently posting a 4-1 record, but his 5.13 ERA is not all that impressive. Look for the Brewers to put runs on the board against Leake, while Marcum should be able to shut the Reds batters down just enough to get the Brewers the win.
