Nathan Horton To Miss Rest Of Stanley Cup Finals After This Hit From Aaron Rome (Video)
There is no denying the fact that the hardest hit during Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals last night was the one delivered by Canucks defenseman Aaron Rome on Bruins forward Nathan Horton. However, the most impressive hit of the night came from a rather surprising source.
The Bruins appeared to be fired up following Rome’s hit, as they scored four unanswered goals to take a commanding 4-0 lead. And with the win seemingly in the bag at that point, Boston goaltender Tim Thomas decided to take the opportunity to send a message to the Canucks players, via this stiff check on, Henrik Sedin.
According to our count, Tim Thomas now has more hits than Tomas Kaberle in these playoffs.
