Here Is A Compilation Of The Two Crazy Walk-Off Wins From The Fourth Of July (Video)
The Fourth of July fireworks were going off yesterday afternoon at Nationals Park and U.S. Cellular Field, thanks to some rather wild endings that gave both the Washington Nationals and the Chicago White Sox victories on America’s 235th birthday.
In Chicago, it was A.J. Pierzynski breaking a 4-4 tie with the Kansas City Royals in the bottom of the ninth via a walk-off balk, while in Washington, the Nationals claimed the extra innings victory over the Chicago Cubs when Jason Werth reached home on a wild pitch in the bottom of the tenth.
