Erin Andrews Demonstrates The Reebok CrossFit Total-Body Workout (Gallery)

It can be tough to motivate yourself to hit the gym after a long, grueling day at work.  Thankfully, Reebok has just the solution for you with their CrossFit Total-Body workout.  All you need is a timer, a 5-to-15 pound dumbbell, a hand towel, approximately 45 minutes of spare time, and the following inspirational images of Erin Andrews demonstrating each workout.

The workout includes a warm-up and three separate plans, or as they like to call them, WODs (short for “workout of the day”), which should be performed once every week on different days.  Here is a brief outline of what is included in the workout.  If you would like to find out more about each exercise, go to Self.com, or check out the images from EA’s demonstration below.

Warm-up (perform twice before each workout): 20 walking lunges, 10 scorpion kicks, and 10 hand walks.

WOD 1: 10 minutes of deadlifts, 10 minutes of burpees, and 10 minutes of butterfly sit-ups.

WOD 2: 3 rounds of 30 squats, and 3 rounds of 1 minute wall drills.

WOD 3: 7 minutes of pushups, and 7 minutes of hollow body rocks.
