EA Sports’ FIFA 12 VIP Kits Are Pretty Sweet (Pics)
When EA Sports released NCAA Football 12, they sent out VIP Kits to several popular athletes and celebrities, including Kevin Durant, Michael Vick and LeBron James. They decided to take the same course of action with the release of FIFA Soccer 12, sending VIP Kits, which contain Beats By Dre Headphones, a custom engraved IPAD, a PSP, a PS3 version of FIFA 12 and a custom gold painted soccer ball, to various celebrities and athletes who enjoy playing the game.
Among those to receive one of these kits were Wayne Rooney, Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Justin Bieber, Dwayne Wade, Landon Donovan, Tim Lincecuum, Brian Wilson, Ocho Cinco, Steve Nash, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Wayne, Mark Sanchez, Kevin Love, Jamie Fox, and Drake.
These guys, as well as anyone else who plays the all new FIFA 12, will enjoy the new Player Impact Engine, which is a physics engine built to deliver real-world physicality in every interaction on the pitch. EA Sports has also added an all-new Precision Dribbling feature, which delivers a higher fidelity of touch on the ball for attacking players. And finally, there is the new Tactical Defending, which has changed the approach to defending by placing equal importance on positioning, intercepting passes and tackling.
If you’d like to test out all of the above features, you can do so by grabbing yourself a copy of FIFA 12. Or if you’d rather not spend the money, why not attempt to win your very own EA FIFA 12 VIP Kit by visiting the EA Insider page.
