Any sport that requires a ball and a racquet may not seem all that dangerous, but just be sure not to get in the way of a squash ball that is traveling 175 mph.
One brave soldier offered himself up as an example of the pain you can expect to endure when struck by a hard rubber ball moving at such high speeds, and the results were not pretty. Cameron Pilley, who holds the world record for the hardest squash shot (according to the YouTube description), took a few practice shots before pelting his friend in the back with a devastating forehand that left more than just a mark.
