Stat Line Of The Night — 10/19/11 — Phil Kessel
Stat Line Of The Night — 10/20/11 — Juron Criner
It has been a painful start to the 2011 NCAA Football season for the Arizona Wildcats, as they entered their Thursday night match-up with the UCLA Bruins having lost their last five games in a row and all four of their games against Pac-12 opponents. While a birth in the conference championship is out of the picture, the Wildcats were looking to earn back some respect in front of a national audience, and they did just that with a 48-12 victory that was led by receiver Juron Criner.
Criner would turn out to be Nick Foles’ favorite target on the night, as he caught 10 passes for 101 yards. Three of those receptions would turn into touchdowns of 4, 7 and 25 yards. That was enough to get the Wildcats their second win of the season, and it earned Criner “The Stat Line of the Night” for Thursday, October 20, 2011.
