I thought Houston Texans’ fan Chris Brown was stupid when he decided to get a tattoo of his team’s logo with “Super Bowl XLVI Champions” written on it. Apparently, he isn’t the only over-confident sports fan in Texas that is missing a few brain cells. I believe this guy’s “Texas Rangers 2011 World Champs” tattoo places him in that very same category.
