Ndamukong Suh Gives Thanks By Stomping On A Packer (Video)
Different people often decide to give thanks in different ways. Some may give thanks by praising their respective gods. Others will give thanks by eating as much turkey as humanly possible. And then there is Lions’ defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, who decided to give thanks today by shoving the face of Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith into the ground before stomping on his stomach.
We don’t expect the rest of the Lions players to be sending any “thank you’s” Suh’s way, as the personal foul penalty gave Green Bay a first down on Detroit’s two-yard line, rather than a fourth-and-goal from their four-yard line. Suh was also ejected from the game for his actions.
The Packers would eventually punch it into the end zone on a John Kuhn run, giving them the 14-0 lead. They wouldn’t look back from there, en route to the 27-15 Turkey Day victory.
Here is a look at Suh’s game-changing stomp.
