The Game: West Virginia vs. Clemson
The Reason: The Clemson Tigers are the better team, but they have also been the more unpredictable team as of late. After winning their first eight games of the season, and beating three ranked teams in the process, Clemson dropped three of their last five. However, they did end their season with an impressive 38-10 victory over Virginia Tech in the ACC Championship Game. As for West Virginia, they finished with a 9-3 record this season, but did so while playing in a very weak Big East conference. With more playmakers on both sides of the ball, look for the Clemson to bring their A-game tonight and earn the victory.
The Game: Minnesota Wild @ Vancouver Canucks
The Reason: The Canucks have won 15 of their last 21 after getting out to a slow start this season. As for the Wild, they have cooled off considerably, losing nine of their last ten. that has dropped them from first in the Western Conference to sixth. They have lost five of their last six to the Canucks, and each of their last five games at Rogers Arena. Look for the Canucks to dominate and come away with a sizable victory tonight.
