What a bummer!
This girl just scored the go-ahead, and eventual game-winning goal for her team, but she can’t even enjoy it because her lovely face probably isn’t so lovely anymore thanks to the opposing keeper’s poor aim.
This is why I have always been afraid to play adult league recreational sports – specifically, men’s league hockey. Some people just don’t know what the hell they are doing out there. And as good, clean and/or safe as you may be, there is nothing stopping that bush leaguer from slicing a slap-shot off your face…
