Stat Line Of The Night — 3/11/12 — Jose Theodore
Stat Line Of The Night — 3/12/12 — Kris Humphries
The numbers 31-18-3-2 were all associated with Kris Humphries, and no, they are not the measurements of his latest girlfriend. Instead, those are the number of points, rebounds, blocks and steals put up by the New Jersey Nets forward during last night’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks, respectively.
Humphries may not be a fan favorite when he’s on the road, but you have to believe that the Nets fans are enjoying the big man’s performance thus far this season, as he has averaged a double-double with 13.6 points per game and 10.7 rebounds per game. His 31 points last night were a season high, while his 18 rebounds were his second highest total of the season. Unfortunately, those numbers weren’t enough to get the Nets the win on this night. But for a guy who has taken his fair share of criticism from the media and fans lately, we’ll cut him a break and award him with the “Stat Line of the Night” for Monday, March 12, 2012, despite his team’s losing efforts.
