Here’s Audio Of The 911 Call Following Joba Chamberlain’s Trampoline Accident
All that was on Joba Chamberlain’s mind last Thursday was having some fun with his five-year-old son, Karter. Little did the Yankees’ pitcher know that by the end of the day he would be undergoing surgery on a dislocated right ankle after suffering a freak injury while jumping on a trampoline at Boing! Jump Center in Tampa, Florida.
That was the nightmare that unfolded for Chamberlain last week, and judging by the 911 call following the accident, it sounds like this was one of those gruesome types of nightmares that includes lots of blood and bones popping out of skin.
After hearing the details of the horrific accident, it is amazing to think that Chamberlain will only be in a cast for 4-6 weeks and is expected to be back on the mound at some point during the 2012 MLB season.
Here is audio from the 911 call following Joba’s trampoline accident. If you are good at using your imagination, this may be rather disgusting for you to bear.
