The “Pride of Iowa” senior high school all-star game took place over the weekend, and the white team made sure that they kicked the festivities off with a bang, as they one-upped the Boston Celtics with this long-snap, alley-oop off the opening tip-off.
I guess it doesn’t really matter what else happened over the course of the next 39 minutes, 50 seconds (we’re assuming it was a 40 minute game), or who emerged victorious. When you begin an All-Star game with a play like this, the rest is simply a formality.
