The Game: San Francisco Giants @ Cincinnati Reds

The Pick: Giants -105

The Reason: The San Francisco Giants enter tonight’s game having won five of their last six overall, and four of their last five on the road.  Starting pitcher Matt Cain has been solid this season, as he has pitched nine innings of shutout baseball in each of his last two starts, both Giants victories.  He has also won each of his last two starts against the Reds.  As for Cincinnati starter Matt Latos, he has yet to win a game this season and is sporting a terrible 8.21 ERA.  Latos is also 0-3 in his last five starts against the Giants.  Look for Cain to continue his dominance and Latos to continue to struggle, as the Giants come away with the win tonight.

The Game: Washington Nationals @ San Diego Padres

The Pick: Nationals -125

The Reason: The Padres have been terrible this season, winning just five of their first 17 games.  As for the Nationals, they have been sensational to start the season, winning 12 of their first 16 games.  Washington has also won five of their last six games and 14 of their last 17 road games, dating back to last season.  Newly acquired starting pitcher Gio Gonzalez has been great for the Nats thus far, as he is 1-0 with a 2.04 ERA, while his team has won in each of his first three starts.  The Nationals have won each of the last three meetings between these two teams in San Diego, and Padres starter Clayton Richard has lost each of his last four starts against the Nats.  Look for Washington to continue to roll as they come away with the road victory tonight.

2012 Record: (71-72-8), This Week: (0-1-1), Last Week: (5-5)
