Josh Smith Misses Breakaway Reverse Dunk (Video)
The Atlanta Hawks could have used all the points they could get last night during their 87-80 loss to the Boston Celtics, including these two points from Josh Smith, which appeared to be a certainty, until he rattled the ball off the rim while attempting a two-handed reverse slam.
This wasn’t the only painful moment for Smith during the game, as he suffered a knee injury in the fourth quarter that would keep him out of the game and allow the Celtics to even up their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series at 1-1. Smith would leave the game with a solid stat line that included 16 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots, but it is his epic failure on a breakaway dunk attempt that has everyone talking today.
