Stat Line Of The Night — 5/20/12 — LeBron James
During the Miami Heat’s 94-75 Game Three loss to the Indiana Pacers last Thursday, LeBron James recorded 22 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. That was enough to earn him the brunt of the criticism for his team’s defeat.
During last night’s 101-93 Game Four victory over the Indianan Pacers, LeBron James recorded game-highs in points (40), rebounds (18) and assists (9), while adding two steals and two blocks. That performance helped LeBron James earn plenty of praise, as the Heat evened their Eastern Conference Semifinal series at 2-2 while regaining home-court advantage. It was the type of showing that James needed in order to keep his NBA Championship hopes alive, and it also earned him “The Stat Line of the Night” for Sunday, May 20, 2012.
