Trevor Bauer’s Warm-Up Routine Is Odd, To Say The Least (Video)
The Arizona Diamondbacks’ new pitcher Trevor Bauer made his debut last night, and it was quite the roller-coaster ride for the 21-year-old (4 innings pitched, five hits, two earned runs, three walks and three strikeouts during a 3-2 D-Backs victory). But perhaps more adventurous than his performance during the game was his warm-up routine, which you an check out in the video below.
It starts off with him doing some crazy stick moves that make him look like Darth Maul or Toshiro Mifune, and that’s just the beginning.
As you can see, he also performs the simpler, but even more impressive feat of chucking a baseball really far. How far? Watch the video and see for yourself.
Anyway, I’m prepared to say that if the whole baseball thing doesn’t work out for Bauer — by some miracle — he may have a future in the ninja or Jedi fields.
