On June 28, 2012, Mario Balotelli ripped off his shirt and flexed for all of those watching after scoring his second goal of the match on a screamer from the top of the box during Italy’s 2-1 semi-final victory over Germany at the 2012 European Championships.

At the time, the goal inspired the creation of a flexing-Balotelli Subbuteo figurine.  And now, it has inspired this cute recreation of the event from a 5-year-old during his youth soccer match.

Impressive!  That was quite the recreation.  I just hope he draws the line here, and refrains from imitating Balotelli’s more infamous actions, like his dangerous tackle on Alex Song, or his epic failed backheel from an exhibition match against the LA Galaxy last year.
