Pavel Datsyuk Scores Goal With His Head During KHL Game (Video)
This stupid NHL lockout may delay the start of the 2012-13 season or even kill the thing altogether. However, hockey fans don’t need to worry. Even if we lose the NHL season, we here at TotalProSports.com will still bring you great hockey highlights this winter.
They’ll just be from the KHL.
And why not? The calibre of play in the Kontinental Hockey League is already pretty high, and now many of the NHL’s top players have signed on to play over there until we get our act together here in North America.
In fact, one of those players is Pavel Datsyuk, who most observers will agree is probably one of the three best players in the world. And the other day, while making his debut for CSKA Moscow, he scored a brilliant goal…with his head!
That’s right, when the puck flew up into the air, Datsyuk leaned in and whacked it into the goal with his noggin. Unfortunately, the goal was waived off (probably because it hit his stick first), but that doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate the effort.
