Shaq’s One-Sided Feud With Dwight Howard Just Got Weirder: The Big Aristotle Is Rapping Again (Video)

Shaquille O’Neal definitely has a major inferiority complex when it comes to new Lakers center Dwight Howard.

After the trade between the Lakers and Magic was finalized back in August, Shaq said Howard had some big shoes to fill, and that in terms of becoming a true “big man,” Howard was “off pace.”  Then, earlier this month, O’Neal revisited the subject of Dwight Howard, asserting that Brook Lopez of the Nets was a better center than him.

Seriously. Brook Lopez. With all due respect to that guy, the notion that he is better than Dwight Howard is pretty ridiculous. In fact, it’s downright laughable.

However, it’s not as laughable as Shaq’s most recent attack on Dwight Howard. Because you see…

Actually, you know what? I’m not going to tell you about it. Just watch for yourself:

Yep, Shaq is rapping again, and it is not pretty. Oh sure, it’s supposed to be funny. But I think he thinks we are laughing with him, not at him. And I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely laughing at him.

For his part, Dwight Howard has been pretty classy throughout this one-sided feud. After O’Neal said Brook Lopez was better than him, Howard didn’t let frustration boil over. Sure, he said flat out that the guy should just shut up and move on, but he didn’t disparage Shaq’s abilities or legacy, and he didn’t get personal.

“I don’t care what Shaq says,” Howard explained. “I have respect for him and what he did for basketball. That’s it. When my time is up, there’s going to be somebody else who can do everything I can do and probably do it better. Instead of me talking about him, I’ll do my job to try to help him get where I’m at. I think that’s what guys who have done it before us should do.”

Of course, if some reporter asks Howard what he thinks about Shaq’s new rap assault, I doubt he will even dignify it with a response…other than laughter.
